Girtec AG was created in 2012 from the drive technology and hydraulics divisions of Vektor AG. These divisons of the company were a perfect complement to Girmatic AG, which was founded by the entrepreneur Christoph Girsberger in 2006. In order to make optimal use of the resulting synergies, the two companies were combined under the holding company Girsberger Group AG. In 2015, two additional Vektor AG divisions, Pneumatics and Valve Technology, joined Girtec AG. At the beginning of 2021, the hydraulics and mobile hydraulics divisions were outsourced to Girmatic AG. Today, Girtec AG impresses with its outstanding products and services in the fields of medical technology, process/laboratory technology and analysis technology. The strong market position is based on the broad technical and commercial know-how, which enables us to offer our customers a comprehensive service ranging from precisely fitting standard products to individual customer-specific solutions and various services.
